Job Description

The Airline Reservation Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing reservations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for passengers. The consultant will also handle inquiries, provide travel information, and resolve issues related to reservations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Proficiency in airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Communication in Portuguese (verbal and written) will be advantageous
