Job Description

Thompsons Travel is looking for a Senior Corporate Consultant – Emergency / After-Hours, who has experience in client servicing and has outstanding customer service skills. Suitable candidates will service the after-hours facility.

General Details

  • Minimum 5 years in corporate travel environment
  • Online proficiency and experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office
  • Applications - Outlook
  • Proficiency in Amadeus & Quick Trav.
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of fares and rules for both domestic and international travel
  • Ability to meet deadlines, targets, and attention to detailcriti cal
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
