Batsumi Travel is currently looking for a Branch Manager to assist and monitor staff, ensure company policies and procedures are followed as well as run profitable branch.

Required Qualifications

Matric essential
Travel and Tourism qualification
8-10 years travel experience including supervisor /manager experience

Required Skills:
Galileo • Quicktrav • Microsoft Excel and Word • Microsoft Outlook • International Fares knowledge • HR Experience • Paper trail knowledge

General Details

Key responsibilities:

• Accurate travel bookings • All invoices and land transactions captured on Quicktrav daily • after hour booking management • Customer Service • Preferred Supplier Support • Staff management, performance, reviews, leave and training • Supplier account and commission negotiations • General office maintenance and support staff administration • Operations according to company policies and procedures paper trail knowledge • Team player • Be able to multi-task • Work well under pressure • Lead by example • Quick decision maker • Problem solving • Time Management
