Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on the destinations and products using the online platforms and preferred travel suppliers available
  • Quote and book flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, packages, and any other travel related services required by the leisure clients
  • Assist with Visa advise and applications where destinations require such
  • Ensure all required information is obtained from the client and is correct
  • Quote and book airline seats using GDS (Galileo), Online booking system
  • Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and land with transportation including exclusive trips and events, or exclusive travel arrangement
  • Min 3 quotes per inquiry
  • Respond to enquires within 2 to 4 hours for domestic ,regional and 24 hours international and complex itineraries
  • Offer information on destination once booked
  • Assist with Health requirements and booking of nurse via our Mobile Clinic Partners
  • Online check in where possible within 24 hours
  • Bodyguards personal security where required
  • Onsight consulting directly with customers at an additional fee
  • Copies of passports and visas to be kept safely on hand
  • Meet and greet services
  • Airport transfers
  • Curbside check in
  • Airport parking
  • Chauffeur drives
  • All international and VIP bookings to be done following VIP and International standard operation procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma/relevant qualifications in Travel and Tourism
  • Min 5 plus years’ experience in the Corporate/Government travel industry
  •  Strong operational and GDS / travel systems experience (Galileo preferred), fares knowledge,
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, busy environment
