Job Description

  • Highly organized with ability to excel under pressure
  • Process all travel related requests for Domestic, Regional, and international bookings inclusive of ticketing / re-issues / Emd’s etc
  • Process visas efficiently and correctly when required
  • Willingness to assist colleagues / teamwork
  • Good geographical / destination/ product / Fares knowledge
  • Some After-hours may be necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Galileo with current valid Galileo GDS certificate and code
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within a Corporate TMC
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Can manage Corporate / Government Accounts / possibly marine / offshore traffic
  • Expert on international fares and ticketing
  • Track record required
