Do you have a passion for travel and the expertise to create unforgettable holidays? Sure Mithas Travel is looking for an Intermediate Leisure Consultant to join our team at the Malvern Park Shopping Centre branch. 

While specialization in cruises is not a requirement, it would be a fantastic advantage if you’re a cruise enthusiast with experience in selling these unique travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking international leisure travel packages.
  • Provide tailored travel solutions, including cruise options where applicable.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, and promotions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international leisure travel consulting, with a proven ability to handle diverse client needs.
  • Specialization: Experience in selling cruise holidays is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Amadeus or similar GDS.
    • Strong sales and upselling skills.
    • Excellent communication and client relationship management.
    • Knowledge of international destinations, tours, and travel trends.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to create tailored itineraries.
