Job Description

  • Process all ticketing requests ie, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, EMDs
  • Assisting with NDC bookings
  • Assisting with any fares queries and manual calculations as required
  • Must be willing to learn and work on various platforms
  • Must be prepared to help train the less experienced staff if necessary
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Afterhours may be necessary, on a rotational basis

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in both Travelport and Amadeus
  • Expert on International Fares and ticketing
  • At least 10 years’ Travel Agency experience
  • Have a pleasant outgoing personality
  • Basic Quicktrav knowledge
