General Details

Responsibilities:
  • Travel reservations: Search and confirm bookings.
  • Travel offers and advice: Provide general travel advice.
  • Client policies and supplier rules: Understand and apply relevant policies.
  • Industry knowledge: Stay updated on travel industry trends.
  • Booking administration: Plan itineraries, make bookings, handle amendments and cancellations, and adhere to payment processes.
