  • Invoicing 
  • Allocate and reconcile client payments accurately
  • Manage and capture all Paygate payments
  • Reconcile cash books
  • Process local and international payments
  • Manage service voucher register
  •  Credit card reconciliations
  • MIS reports
  • Commission reports
  • Adhoc duties

Required Qualifications

  • Quick Trav experience preferable         
  • Working experience within the tourism industry preferable
  • Travel agency or tour operator experience preferable 
  • MS Excel and MS Office working experience
  • Must be deadline driven and be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilience, strong tolerance and flexible approach to challenges.
  • Good planning, organising and time management skills.  
  • Team player
  • Meticulous
