Job Description

  • Invoice quality control - Attention to detail/ ensure correct document submissions. 
  • Allocate and reconcile client payments accurately. 
  • Debt collection - Maintain up-to date and accurate debtor records.
  • Investigate and resolve all client queries within a reasonable time frame.
  • Statement and invoice submissions to clients .
  • Financial report compilations
  • Debtor account reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • MIS reports
  • Daily client submissions
  • Manage debtor age analysis
  • Adhoc duties

Required Qualifications

  • Quick Trav experience preferable         
  • Working experience within the tourism industry preferable
  • Travel agency or tour operator experience preferable 
  • MS Excel and MS Office working experience
  • Must be deadline driven and be able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain good client relations
  • Resilience, strong tolerance and flexible approach to challenges.
  • Good planning, organising and time management skills.
