Job Description

  • Collecting outstanding debts/payments from company debtors/clients
  • Ensuring timely payments are made out to company debts
  • Ability to reconcile complex debtors accounts
  • Providing administrative support where necessary
  • Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed
  • Leasing with Clients
  • Attending to queries
  • Allocating to relevant accounts as per remittance 
  • Writing and presenting clients reports internally and externally

Required Qualifications

  • Min 3 years experience in Debtors working within a travel agency.
  • Must have Quicktrav working knowledge
