• South African Citizen
• Minimum Matric Certificate
• International Travel experience (preferably Europe and/or the USA)
• Strong sense of customer service
• Excellent communication skills, must be confident in both verbal and written interactions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently
• Knowledge of travel and travel products, procedures and services
• Excellent computer/software skills
