Job Description

1. Accurate travel bookings
2. All invoices and land transactions captured on Quicktrav daily
3. Afterhour booking management, check actions, queries and follow up on outstanding orders
4. Customer Service
5. Preferred Supplier Support
6. All orders captured on Papertrail daily
7. All tickets invoiced daily, no outstanding tickets for next day
8. Staff assistance, guidance, training and performance monitoring
9. Supplier bill back account and commission negotiations
10. Cash flow management and minimize expeses and pre-payments
11. General office maintenance
12. Ensure Operations according to company policies and procedures
13. Monitoring and clearing of Queues throughout the day
14. Client and Supplier meetings

Required Qualifications

8 years travel experience in the travel industry including 1 year supervisor experience. Must have strong working knowledge and experience on following systems:
Galileo
Quicktrav
Papertrail
Microsoft Excel and Word
Microsoft Outlook
International Fares knowledge
