Job Description

My client based in Cape Town (foreshore) in the travel industry is looking for a dynamic and passionate handpicked consultant.
The position is for a junior candidate, yet the preferred candidate will come with and or from a travel or event background. This position is a combination of different aspects relating to the travel industry and therefor called a handpicked consultant.


Role & Responsibility:
-Work closely with the Events team in Cape Town
-Will be working in Tourplan
-Managing the online booking system
-Keeping track of all bookings
-Invoicing
-Answering phone calls, and taking bookings over the phone.
-Loading packages onto the website
-Attention to detail
-Good phone skills
-Good admin skills
-Event or travel experience will be a bonus
