Job Description

We need someone to provide a proficient, professional, pro-active service to our clients. To be able to work well under pressure and to be able to think out of the box. The individual need to be able to produce tailor-made quotes and itineraries for Southern Africa (SA,NA, Moz, Bots, Zim). The individual need to be able to work with FITs and Groups and also have experience with the direct market and agents. Processing of reservations from quote to finalising, including reservations, invoicing, travel documents and payments. The position is for groups and FITs to direct clients and to agents.

Required Qualifications

* 8 – 10 year relevant Inbound Tour Operator Experience
* Tourism Diploma
