Job Description

Creation and sales of FIT and Group Travel Itineraries.

To handle clientele and overflow leisure quotes. To Grow our travel product offerings and increase in return client bookings reaching set targets.

R10,000.00 Basic and com.

Required Qualifications

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling of Travel logistics all leisure clients quotes and travel
• Actively increasing the Leisure Travel client base.
• Management of Group and FIT flight packages.
• Gathering data for marketing purposes and to grow client database.
• Meeting all targets set for each quarter.
• Management of personal client files and administration.
• Active participation in company initiatives.
• Candidate must be a fast learner and must have the ability to change and actively pursue objectives as outlined by the company
• Candidate must have Galileo Experience at least 5 years

Skills, Experience, Education:
• Matric / Grade12 / A-Level / NQF4 with mathematics as a subject.
• Advanced experience on either Galileo 5 years minimum
• Advantageous if candidate has experience on Travelogic
• Essential: Microsoft office advanced experience (Word and Excel) and Internet Experience – 4 years experience
• 4 years Consulting Experience in Retail leisure travel
• 3 years experience in Wholesale travel is advantageous
• 4 years travel sales experience (candidate needs to demonstrate sales skills through consulting with clients both verbally and written correspondence)
• Personal International Travel experience (at least 3 international trips)
• Creation and growth of client base experience.
• 4 years Product management and creation
• After Sales customer service and management experience.
• Candidate must demonstrate eloquence in both written and verbal communications – this is essential.
• Candidate should be an extremely proactive individual with a positive attitude.
