Job Description

CULLINAN OUTBOUND TOURISM is looking for a Group and MICE Team Leader nationally who will manage, lead and inspire a team to maximise sales and drive excellent service to the travel industry.

Negotiable – market related

Required Qualifications

Do you:
• Have a Travel Certificate/Diploma and Amadeus and a Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in handling groups and incentive proposals and travel packages
• Have experience in working in a customer centric and target driven environment and achieving personal sales
• Excellent Global Geography and destination knowledge
• Experience in reading and understanding Contracts and Service Level Agreements
• Experience in constructing costing and travel itineraries and experience in compiling group proposals and presentations.
• Experience working with margins and costings.
• GDS Certificate and practical GDS System experience
• Self-motivated, use initiative, work well under pressure and be a team player
• Previous management experience or be able to show potential to develop management skills.
