Job Description

Company looking for consultant with knowledge of the sports travel industry.

The job entails someone who can:
* Sell sporting/ event packages to travel agents and direct clients.
* Develop packages with regards to booking flights, securing accommodation, purchasing event tickets, securing transfer companies, tour leading, castings.
* Deal with administration - invoicing clients, updating booking sheets, paying suppliers, etc.
* Preparing all docs once booking confirmed.
* Updating packages to website.
* Following up on quotes as well as bookings.
* Bookings - ensure all details are confirmed with suppliers.
* Issuing travel insurance.
* Competitor analysis & market trend assessment.
* The successful applicant will have an attention to detail, enjoying working in a young dynamic team and have a passion for building unique sporting event Itineraries.
* A good knowledge of Galileo is required.
