Job Description

MassTravel (a division of Massmart Stores) is currently looking to employ an experienced intermediate travel consultant with a genuine passion for corporate travel and high touch service even when under pressure.

Please note that only applicants who have the attributes below should apply.

You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in a corporate travel In-house.

You will be required to share after-hours responsibilities with your colleagues and work on a shift basis.

You should thrive on delivering a high touch and detailed service to our travellers under pressure and often with a short lead in time.

You should have excellent operational knowledge and experience on a GDS; experience in complex international fares, routings and reissues and in addition be comfortable with booking leisure travel.
