Job Description

Core aim of this position is to manage a number of clients to ensure both client retention and growth. The incumbent needs to continually focus on ensuring all avenues of revenue opportunities within the client base are identified and capitalised on in order to achieve highest profitability results. This includes financial reports, preferred supplier negotiations, Management Information reports, contract management, keeping abreast of global trends and much more!

Required Qualifications

This is a senior Management role that requires at least four years experience in Account Management and an in-depth understanding of the Retail Travel Industry. Must have strong negotiation skills, be highly computer literate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant tertiary education in Business management an advantage.
