Looking for a self-motivated, well travelled and passionate Senior Consultant that is outgoing. Servicing leisure clients and assist with all travel arrangements. Work in a team environment and reaching given targets.

Minimum 4 years travel consultant experience

General Details

Selling all local / regional and international and Tour packages to the Retail
International and domestic flight bookings
Process various forms of payment, EFT, cash credit card and online payment
Excellent product knowledge and geographical knowledge
Consult and assisting clients
Motivation and communication
Focus on customer service and booking conversion
Focus on systems and procedures within the leisure team
Meet given targets
Work out fares and upgrades including RTW fares
Process visas correctly and timeously
Fare build
Issue in exchange
Sell and issue voyager tickets
Understand and issue private fares
Sell air passes correctly
Correctly reserve UMNR, special meals, bikes, MAAS
Process refunds
