General Details

• Issuing, reissuing of tickets and refunds
• Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
• Accurately complete all reissues
• Ability to complete all refunds accurately
• Ensure corporate fares are utilized
• Good Geographical Knowledge
• Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, and procedures of the organisation
• Good product knowledge of travel industry tends and developments
