Job Description

Thompsons Africa is currently recruiting for a General Manager: Product Procurement based at our Head Office in Durban.

Key focus areas include building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers (internal and external); ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service; and developing, growing, motivating and rewarding the Product and Procurement team.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Supplier Procurement / Tourism / Managing People / the Service Industry
• Solid geographical knowledge of South and Southern Africa
• Analytical skills

• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
