The incumbent will be responsible for payments of invoices and ensure that an invoice of all pre payments are send to a supplier

General Details

Handle all pre payment documents to processing department (when required to do prepayments)
Advise consultants of queries immediately for pre payments (when required to do prepayments) so that They are made aware of delays of payment
Ensure all pre payments received are paid (when required to do payments)
Ensure that all proof of pre payments are sent on the same day
Pay all invoices
Ensure that all recons for each payment done to suppliers is saved
