Job Description

* Dealing with Clients, interact with potential clients, understand their needs and assist in overall strategy to bring in new clients
* Adhere to the company policy and procedures at all times
* Ability to get feedback from new business clients and build new relationships with potential new clients
* Develop better communication strategies with clients internally and externally
* Explore , plan and carry out business development, direct marketing and sales related activities.
* The aim is to develop and grow sales of Songhai Corporate
* Travel to the South African market, manage quality and consistency of service Levels and ensuring positive promotion of Songhai Corporate Travel
* Travel into the targeted market.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the corporate travel industry.
* Business development acumen
* Ability to work in a team
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
* PC Literate especially in MS Office packages & Excel
* Presentation Skills
* Ability to inspire confidence and develop rapport with clients.
* Well-developed problem solving and negotiating skills
* Flexibility and adaptive to change
* Ability to excel under pressure
* Discretion and awareness of confidentiality
* Outgoing person with exceptional inter-personal skills
* Experience in Negotiating and drawing up of Contracts
* Own car and valid drivers licence are essential
* Spanish speaking an advantage
