Job Description

The person must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious travel service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services
Knowledge and able to work on the Amadeus GDS
Ability to issue full reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B, etc. – domestic, regional and point to point International
Ability to accurately complete domestic reissues
Ability to complete all refunds accurately
Ensure corporate fares are utilized
Limited QC rejections

Required Qualifications

Matric Qualification
Travel Diploma
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with at least 1 year being in an intermediate role in a similar organisation
