Job Description

* Leisure travel consultant
* Quote clients for leisure travel bookings worldwide.
* Liaise with customer to determine destination, travel dates, budget
considerations, and accommodation required.
* Collect payment from customer.
* Book airline tickets, hotel accommodation, car hire, coach tours, transfers etc.
* Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered
by various travel suppliers.
* Provide customer with travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
* Print or send travel documentation.
* Investigate complaints regarding safety violations.
* Follow-up with client after travel completed.
* Build client relationships
