Report to the GM; part of EXCO Team;
Responsible for Rooms Div+ Front Office + Res + Cashiers + Housekeeping / Laundry+ Conference Co-ord, Staff Housing; Curio Shop

Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Diploma - Hotel Mngmt / Admin + min 3yrs exp in Hotel Front Office / Rooms Div management
English (written & spoken); German adv
MS Office : Word, Excel ,PP + OPERA

Accountabilities : -
Prep monthly reports; train/coach staff & Dept of Heads; drive standards through SOPs; Guest relations ; duty rosters ; dept. profit; Employee Relations / Fire, Hygiene, OHS; driving max revenues through Central Res @ H/O
