Job Description

 Meet individual and team targets
Excellent understanding of related systems
Sell all local / regional and international packages / flights / accommodation / car hire / transfers
Excellent understanding of fares and re-issues
Excellent understanding of fare builds, issue in exchange and airline processes
Sell and issue voyager tickets
Sell and issue private fares
Correctly reserve UMNR, special meals, bikes, MAAS
Correctly issue VMPD’s and EMD’s on all air ticket types
Excellent understanding of refund processes
Ensure client expectations are met and the highest delivery of service is driven through the business.
Ensure effective communication with clients at all times and ensure that excellent relationships are maintained at all times.
Manage client complaints and concerns
Responsible for account queries
Dedicated accounts – deliver and adhere to SLA’s, meals requests, before and after service etc.

Matric Qualification
Leadership Course
All fares courses
Intermediate knowledge on excel, power point and word (MS office)
5 years exp
