R10K CTC to R13K CTC

Required Qualifications

Matric Certificate
Amadeus and Galileo Certificates
Fares Course ( minimum beginners)
Full understanding of ticketing / issue in exchange / interline policies
BSP understanding
Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
Sound geographical knowledge Ability to use Dashboard / Intranet / Internet / Right fax / e-mail

General Details

Galileo and Amadeus certificates
Full understanding of ticketing / issue in exchange / interline policies / IT fares
BSP understanding
Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
Full understanding of SAM / AGM
Ability to use Dashboard / Intranet / Internet / Right fax / e-mail
Ability to use Client Files
Adherence to Amadeus / Galileo processes and procedures
Build good, professional working relationship with our clients, colleagues and suppliers
 Management of debtor’s accounts
Maximum 2 hour turnaround time for processing bookings
Processing of refunds to BSP in a timely manner
Failure resulting in ADM’s within your area of accountability will be your liability
