Job Description

You will be responsible for all travel bookings at all levels. Continuous follow-up with clients. Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing, including invoicing and referral bookings. Travel documents correctly issued and emailed to the client.

Matric Qualification. Travel Diploma. Galileo. Minimum 18months travel agency experience.

General Details

An outgoing person who is able to manage time and tasks by herself. Able to handle pressure and volume. Knowledge and work on the Galileo GDS. Knowledge of QuickTrav will be an advantage. Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc. Accurately complete all reissues. Attention to detail and service delivery. Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas. Weekends and after hours emergency work expected of the successful candidate.
