Job Description

Core responsibilities and Requirements :

Full cycle Accounts Receivable including Collections and Billing.
Monitoring collections of accounts receivable, implementing standard operating procedures for collection of accounts, researching problems and problem account resolution.
Reconciliation of bank account and suspense account
Prepare statutory returns including VAT201 returns
General accounting
Assist with document preparation of responses to various tax audits.

* Accurate with figures and attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Proven ability in the design and use of spreadsheets and proficient in using Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as with the team
* Good planning and organising skills
* Honest and hard working
* Able to work under pressure and work independently
* Willing and able to travel
* Must have the right to live/work in South Africa

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
