Job Description

The position is responsible for providing quotations and the subsequent travel arrangements to Thompsons Africa clients; focussing on service excellence and promoting sales where possible in line with Thompsons Africa’s vision and strategic goals. Key outputs includes but are not limited to: managing profit margins; increasing quote conversion rates, maintaining excellent client relationships; ensuring customer and guest satisfaction; follow proper business processes within the related timeframes; continuously contribute as a team member to the team and continuously be innovative, learn and grow.

Required Qualifications

Experience working in an inbound Destination Management Company is essential and extensive Southern Africa product and geographical knolwedge is required. The successful candidate needs to be sales driven, proactive, creative, service orientated, be skilled at logistical planning and have solid Microsoft Windows Office experience.
