Job Description

This position is for a young dynamic person to manage in-bound bookings and conference bookings. The consultant is responsible for the entire booking from taking the brief through to generating a quote and managing all aspects of the booking/itinerary; venue selection, tour operators, guides, local suppliers, accommodation, conference requirements, transfers, flights, team building, speakers, décor etc.

Required Qualifications

• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Diploma in Travel and Tourism)
• At least 5 year’s experience in the travel/ DMV/ conferencing industry
• Experience in conferencing and or in-bound groups
• Galileo experience an advantage
• In-bound experience an advantage
• Proactive with good organisational skills and patience
• Good people skills / Client service skills
• Own car and drivers licence
