Job Description

The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious travel service delivery .

Between R15k-R25k depending on exp.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years corporate travel experience with at least 4 being in a
senior role in a similar organisation
- Amadeus Certificate
- Matric Qualification
- Travel Diploma
- Beginners and intermediate and advance fares course
- Ticket reissue course
- Ticketing course
- Super User course
- Business with charm and savvy (Excl External Applicants)
- Customer service course
- Sound geographical knowledge
- Sound visa knowledge

- Knowledge and worked on AMADEUS GDS
- Accurately complete all re-issue
- Accurately complete all re-routings
- Ability to complete all refunds accurately
- Client retention
- Manage and assist Junior Staff and Travel Manager's
- Assist with Adm's and Acm's
- Abitity to handle pressure and volume
- Experience with negotiating Corporate rates with suppliers
- Knowledge of BSP
