Job Description

Oversee full functions of both internal and external recruitment.
Liaise with Divisional Managers to fully understand their staffing needs and assist in drawing up relevant Job Profiles.
Conduct initial interviews and facilitate interviews with Managers.
Develop sound interview guide-lines relevant to specific position.
Continually update recruitment database and monitor all CV's received.

Required Qualifications

Must have relevant HR qualifications and a minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
Above average communications skills - both written and verbal - plus strong leadership ability essential.
