Job Description

Dynamic ambitious articulate individual who is passionate about travel required as a Marketing Administrator for the online division to deal with marketing and admin related tasks whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the company brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent administration skills and a flair for marketing.

Required Qualifications

• Running and managing relevant excel spread sheets
• Internal/External marketing communication
• Corporate Identity maintenance • Social Media maintenance and drives – Facebook, twitter, Google Plus
• Sourcing images for marketing and social media
• Data capturing
• Check Google alerts
• Administration
• Monitor relevant travel and airline news.

Skills, Experience & Education:
• Outgoing & approachable with excellent service skills
• Well-spoken/presented and articulate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Passionate about travel and people
• High attention to detail
• Creative & energetic
• Strong organizational/administrative skills
• Self-motivated
• Able to work unsupervised and under pressure/deadlines
• Must use initiative
• Team player
• Must be prepared to work extended hours when necessary
• Own transportation/driver’s license
• Computer literate (MS Office) – Design Skills Advantage
