Job Description

Take charge of all aspects of training and development of staff from juniors to management. Continually assess and identify training needs in order to up-skill employees. Develop new training programmes in keeping with new trends and monitor trainers to ensure they deliver quality training. Make sure all training programmes are accredited in terms of training legislation.

Required Qualifications

This is a senior post for a highly skilled, experienced trainer. Must have travel experience, Amadeus/Galileo, be an accredited facilitator and assessor and have at least five years experience in a similar role.
