Job Description

  • Share our passion for travel and assist with all aspects of inbound wholesale travel.
  • Managing the reservations process including handling of bookings, invoicing and travel documents.
  • Constant, consistent interaction and clear communication with colleagues, agents and suppliers.
  • Assisting the reservations team with their workload.
  • Department administrative duties and support.

Required Qualifications

  • Experienced consultant with good knowledge of South and Southern Africa
  • Travel diploma and computer literate with good working knowledge Word, Excel, Email and Internet.
  • An understanding of the travel industry - inbound Tour Operating would be preferable. * Galileo and Tourplan are advantageous.
