The primary function of this role is to manage, maintain and grow a portfolio of clients. This entails staff management and mentorship, client management, growth and retention, financial control, preferred supplier negotiations and much more.

Required Qualifications

Essential to this position is an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Retail Travel, a consulting background and a minimum of four years experience in a management role. Tertiary Business qualification and sound computer literacy also needed.
