*10 years travel experience in the travel industry including 3 years supervisory experience

*Quicktrav
*Microsoft Excel and Word
*Microsoft Outlook

General Details

• Ensure alignment of staff to company strategy and objectives
• Ensure accurate travel bookings and client satisfaction
• Ensure all invoices and land transactions are captured on Quicktrav daily in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Ensure all orders are captured accounted for on a daily basis
• Ensure adequate staff coaching, performance management, training and development and general office management
• Ensure proper management of suppliers, relationship building and achievement of company objectives through supplier relations.
• Ensure adequate cash flow management
• Ensure staff are customer focused and live the company values, culture and philosophy
• Ensure proper and effective teamwork with other departments
• General office maintenance and support staff administration
