General Details

Issuing, reissuing of tickets and refunds
Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
Accurately complete all reissues
Ability to complete all refunds accurately
Ensure corporate fares are utilized
Good Geographical Knowledge
Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, and procedures of the organisation
Good product knowledge of travel industry tends and developments
