Job Description

The core functions of this role will be to provide:
  • 24/7 Phone and email booking service
  • Service online customers’ land booking needs
  • After-hours emergency assistance
  • Online booking tool support
  • Emergency ticketing support
  • High levels of customer service to customers
  • Contribute to a motivated & supportive team environment

Required Qualifications

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals with:
  • A solid background in travel consulting (at least 2 years), combined with expertise in fares & ticketing
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
  • Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to make your clients feel cared for
  • Proficiency with Amadeus and or Galileo is preferred
