Thompsons Travel is looking for an E Commerce Travel Adviser, who has experience in converting online leads and closing sales.  Suitable candidates will work in an exciting sales driven environment, which rewards achievers.

Specification

  • Experience in reaching sales targets in retail

  • Global product and geographical knowledge an advantage

  • Experience in constructing FIT holiday packages and itineraries

  • Able to meet targets and perform under pressure

  • Travel or Tourism Certificate

  • Amadeus GDS experience preferably

  • Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications - Outlook, Office

  • High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Must be a team player

Required Qualifications
