Job Description

To deal with crew re-positioning requirements, i.e. reservations, confirming flight, issuing of tickets as well as the handling of all internal and external rebate applications on domestic and regional routes.

Required Qualifications

  • The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism or Tourism Management will be an added advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Amadeus Reservations System is imperative.
  • Must have Amadeus ticketing and fares experience.
  • 3 Years working experience within the airline industry.
