  • Galileo/Amadeus experience
  • Understanding of Visa requirements
  • Reissue and VMPD’s
  • Must be able to handle all Domestic, Regional and basic International bookings
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience and knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Customer service orientated
