Job Description

Ability to work on the Amadeus GDS
Issue full domestic, regional and international reservations including hotel, car, flights, visas, transfers
Reissue of domestic, regional and international tickets
Issue tickets with Corporate and Published Fares
Understanding and adhering to clients's travel policies and procedures
Problem solving
Fast turnaround on bookings
Compile a quote and following up with the client
Include all relevant health and destination information to the client
Provide after hour availability to clients when required

Required Qualifications

* Matric Qualification
* Amadeus Certificate with Amadeus GDS experience
* Sound geographical knowledge
* Beginners and intermediate fares course
* Ticket reissue course
* Min 4 years experience with at least 2 years in an intermediate position
