Must be able to issue, re-issue, re-funds, calculate fares, group fares etc. (Ability to work out domestic, regional and point to point international airfares as well as process changes.)
GDS : Galileo or Amadeus

•GDS : Amadeus / Galileo
•Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
•Accurately complete all reissues
•Ability to complete all refunds accurately
•Understanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies and procedures
The ability to advise the solution to the problem
A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service
Ability to build relationships with company’s clients
Immediate attention to any client complaint
Adhere to the company/client turnaround times
