  • Management skills
  • The candidate will be responsible for all travel bookings at all   levels for Corporate and Government clients.
  • Issue full domestic & international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
  • Ensure corporate fares are utilized.
  • Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations.
  • Alignment to all company polices/procedures.
  • Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing & referral bookings.
  • All vouchers correctly issued & emailed to the client & supplier.
  • Cost conscious for the company & the client.
  • Understanding & adhering to the clients’ travel policies & procedures.
  • Ability to build relationships with company clients.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Matric.
  • Travel Diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior role in a similar organisation.
  • Knowledge & work on the Amadeus /Galileo GDS.
  • Ability to handle pressure & volume
  • Offering a consistent extra mile service
  • Client retention.
  • Strong telephone & communication skills.
