Job Description

Leading TMC (JHB – Woodmead) seeks a Senior Outbound Conference / Groups Consultant  must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.  Multi-sector / RTW reservations, Fares and Ticketing essential. Recommend & Book : accommodation / activities / restaurants, and conference facilities etc.

Required Qualifications

·         Matric qualification

·         Diploma/Certificate in Travel

·         GDS : either Galileo or Amadeus  OR both

·         Excellent Concierge experience and knowledge of conference venues abroad

·         Advanced Fares Course

·         Able to handle COMPLEX routings / fares

·         Negotiate with airlines / venues / accommodation etc.

·         3+ years as a Senior Conference & Groups Outbound Consultant
